These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and WagerVerse. By registering, logging in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for wagering in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be prohibited from using wagering or gaming services under applicable law.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date.

We may request age or identity verification and suspend accounts that fail verification.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or promotions unless we explicitly allow it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

WagerVerse enables skill-based one-on-one matches with stakes held according to platform rules. By joining or creating a match, you agree to the stated stake, game title, and outcome rules for that match.

• Results must be reported honestly; false or manipulated outcomes may lead to forfeiture and sanctions.
• We may cancel or void matches affected by technical errors, fraud, or rule violations.
• Disputes should be raised promptly through official support channels with relevant evidence.

In-app coins and wallet balances are platform credits used within WagerVerse. Their value, purchase methods, withdrawal eligibility, and conversion rates are displayed in the app and may change with notice where permitted.

• Purchases are generally final except where required by law or our refund policy.
• Withdrawals may require identity checks, minimum thresholds, and linked payout accounts.
• We may hold or reverse transactions suspected of fraud, chargebacks, or policy breaches.

Paid membership tiers unlock features and limits described at purchase. Subscriptions or plan fees are charged in main coins or other methods shown at checkout. Benefits end when a plan expires unless renewed. We may modify plan features with reasonable notice where required.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, collude, use bots, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users or staff.
• Attempt to breach security, scrape data without permission, or disrupt the service.
• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence.

Wagering should be entertainment, not a source of income. Set personal limits, take breaks, and never chase losses. If gambling affects your wellbeing, stop using the service and seek help from qualified support organizations in your region. We provide notices on the platform but cannot monitor individual behavior.

The WagerVerse name, logo, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee match availability, opponent conduct, or third-party game platform uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WagerVerse and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from unauthorized account access, user disputes, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform or other users. You may close your account by contacting support. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to WagerVerse's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with support. Where arbitration or courts are required, the venue and process will follow applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where further consent is required by law.
